Earlier, it was posted that Karantzis is the applicant, and the ATO the Respondent .
He is suing the ATO as he thinks he has paid to much tax, and wants some of it back.
Why is this so hard for you to understand?
Do you not know anything about the legal system
Do you know what the Applicant is???????Do you know what the Respondent is
Get a grip and get some lessons in the legal profession you do not do well
