go to "Documents & Statements"
View your "Scheme Implementation Statement" for your shares
The address in Automic is the address your Holder Account info that would have been sent to from Computershare.
The account holder name info in Automic is the Holder Account info that would have been sent to from Computershare.
Then send an email to computershare with a copy of your automic statement attached and ask for a case / ticket number
for a resolution because you have had difficulty making contact on the telephone.
such as
[email protected]
You will need to refer in the subject line
