Share price is irrelevant to a take over offer here.
If WDS decide to take over it will be a set dollar amount offered. SP won't enter into it.
They might go early and offer a lower amount and carry all the risk.
They might wait on drill results, if they are a hit, it costs more.
If they are a duster, it is a set back but by no means the end. There will be multiple targets identified.
If we do go the way of funding 2nd drill, a higher SP helps us to raise funds if need be, again doesn't really concern WDS.
