I’m not a lawyer or trained in legal matters but I certainly understand the ATO v Karantzis case.
I’ve never commented on Karantzis countering the ATO with his case. He of course has the right to dispute the quantum of his tax bill.

The pertinent issues as I see it is about:

- Falsifying documents lodge with the ATO
- Failure to declare his ISX Salary
- Hiding income in known tax havens
- Selling shares via Red 5 and using the cash for his Hawthorn house.
- Using BVI shares as collateral in his loan arrangement with CBA bank but claiming to the ATO they’re not his.
Let’s add to him falsifying his LinkedIn.

Let’s also add all the other litigation, The ASX issues, Visa issues, the multiple ASIC allegations, Lakspur litigation, Loans to the brother. Folding on the ASX litigation, Furphy Demerger. I mean, it’s an astonishing list of problems.
