At the Sydney briefing, after someone asked why certain/more information was not being released to market, Dave took the time explaining that there hands where really tied with between what the ASX and Imec would allow them to release, he even asked if anyone from the ASX was at the briefing before stating that! He gave an example of what they were not allowed to release, foundry going into production with our chip I think was his example, feel free to correct if I'm wrong. Dave appeared really frustrated by this.

Reading between the lines it sounded like they have tried to release a lot more info (including on retention) and had it knocked back by either ASX/Imec.
This was when Dave went on to say he thought we should be a Billion $ plus market cap now with what they know and being compared to BRN/WBT. So IMO, I think they are just as frustrated as us with the share price and amount of info "out there", hence part of the reason why they have bought Mike on.

I also think those here that are frustrated and crying foul for info being released by the board at briefings and not in announcements are wrong to do so, in Daves words there hands are tied! The blame for this needs to be pointed elsewhere!

Ting also stated that he wanted to be beyond certain before he released info to market. "Beyond solid" I believe where the words he used, this may also be another reason for slow news/info.

I strongly recommend anyone with doubts about 4DS attend a briefing if possible! Dave stated they are scheduling more, not sure where or when?
