Bit misleading from SGHT. They can do the full 360, but unlike iTrack Advance which can do it all in one go, Omni can only do 180 degrees at a time. I think they're trying to say it's the only device that can do all of those things combined, which it really isn't as iTrack Advance can do those all much better. Stents of course can't do all of those things though, so I'm guessing that's what they're mainly comparing it to
