So, I wonder what Western Gear are planning on doing now. I would like a second option, especially if it means getting rid of some of the current directors. The problem is, if they issue 15% before shareholder approval it immediately sets up a blocking stake against whatever Western Gear wanted to do. Who knows, maybe the directors new about Western before the proposed JV with Legacy and structured it in a way so they could hold on to their cushy jobs?
