Shareholders had assumed that is was part of the reasoning why they purchased the Australian recycling plastic fence business. The fence business as a stand alone business never stacked up. Factory floor space and yard etc to set up in Australia.But RAN had no cash left to see the plan executed and tax liability hanging over their head.So what has changed?
