I didn't know about the delayed pricing so indeed your forecast is most likely correct.
I think the price drivers are the tin price, buybacks, growing cash pile, focus on a likely tin deficit and potential for OP selling to be exhausted. I think Rentails has value, but it's so far off that I don't think the market is going to pay too much attention until we get closer to hitting the go button.
Either way the short term potential looks fantastic.
