I heard from a bloke on Twitter that it's nothing to worry about. The initial lining was just a trial, now we're onto Trial 2 of of an 83-step evaporation pond trial process. Nothing was ever broken and the evaporation ponds work. These current re-works have not been to make the ponds work, but to fine tune them. Each re-lining is not a success/failure, but a pond optimisation.
It's important to rembember that there are no "stuff-ups" at AGY, just "process optimisations".
