may 24 isn't a factor anymore as far as I'm concerned. If you want to keep them then cough up to convert them to new oppies and you have another 3 years for this to go somewhere. With this joint venture we now have more possibilities with regards to share price movement once drilling begins and result come in. Also more room to go down after consolidation if things don't go our way. For me its worth the risk and may even pick up a few more oppies.
Do your research though, still a very high risk stock..
