yuyu, I hope you understand how market works. Throwing around random comments without checking could confuse others. The CR to chinese announcement came out when SP was 3.5c, not 16c! It was a progressively issued CR at higher prices, ie a premium if you like.
Nobody complained about the CR when SP was at 4c, all of sudden, CMY flew on REE news & re-rating, everyone starts to complain.
It never fails to amaze me.....
