Theyll move edna may plant imho, think they moved a plant somewhere in the early years from memory.
if not theyll sell off edna with a 900k resource and working plant, at 100 mill theres half a new plant at 200 mill pretty much theres roe/rebecs new plant.
going by worker shortages and projects taking longer to finish, it would prob be easier and quicker to move edna may, still can sell deposit only. Plus they know the plant realy well too.
