My preference would probably be for SQM + an Aussie partner to jointly make a $1.30+ bid over next 3 months.
MinRes retains 20% shareholding and mandated to design and build the project.
WildCat hopefully stays listed (with 25-30% free float) and AJ stays and retained to turn it into a world class mine …
current share holders could then choose to sell some into bid, and also retain some to go along for the big journey.
I think it could end up being one of the most exciting listed hard rock lithium companies on the planet.
remember … that i am not at all biased!
Tabba Tabba will prove to be really BIG, it’s gunna be beautiful, it’s close to a major port, on a granted Mining Lease, and MinRes would definitely help us dodge most of the nasty surprises others have faced with such new developments.
