being a landlord, especially if you've got just the one property has to be the toughest gig of all time. it's risky, if you're short of a quid you can't sell a room to keep afloat and we've seen what interest rate rises can do.

“Buy a house" . As if it’s that easy with all the hoarding and sky-high prices. Gone are the days of the $4 down payment.
