    promoter - you should take time to read Vale's agreement with AVB - there is no $40m being offered to AVB except that if Vale wishes to continue with AVB's tenements and if they meet Vale's progressive targets and simply if Vale decide to remain interested then the max benefit to AVB could be $40m - but that's a long way off, if it ever occurs.....
