I don't know, I never saw it as a deadline for some reason, more an indicative target. All announcements I've seen indicate that once completed the DFS would be reviewed by a mining specialist and by the joint-venture partner ENOF. From all September announcements, seemed to indicate it would be completed and not released publicly until review was complete.
