Ouch…that’s a pretty solid shortfall even with the massive discount it didn't make it past half way point.

Good luck to you all it will be needed, cost cutting now required, right when increased spending is needed = Not a fun equation for shareholders.

Better/safer opportunities elsewhere, this needs a big upfront very soon, or the mix of high cash burn, slow sales traction and what now appears to be an inability to raise any meaningful new capital from existing investors (even when trying to give shares away), will only see it go further the wrong direction.

On the bright side dilution isn’t as bad as it could’ve been just hope SP holds up shorterm for you all or that massive shortfall from the raise, ain’t going to be taken up at 0.007c and still a few moves to potentially make down the ladder to 0.001
