There is NO reason for this Bill to have been tabled and directly targeting PEP11 if the NOPTA recommendation was for Rejection.
NOPTA Rejection = BYE BYE PEP11 FOREVER…..
it is now up to FEDS to get the decision from NSW (a NO) and then to make the FINAL decision as required by LAW as they ARE the responsible Government to approve or reject PEP11 -
Let the chips fall where they will….
