Thai permit issues - TAFTA was extended to June
Gold price down - can happens
Refub - gone waste and they may have to rebuild (I don’t think that is case as we did the work step by step)
CR - we don’t need a lot of cash and may not happen or even if it does happens then we are looking at 20-25m rase max.
Quartz leases area is dirt and may not be as good as we think then we will have to live with.6-0.8g/t
