I find the Seminar very informative from the Technical Aspect and my understanding, the crux of it is: we are now AI-focused and moving towards SRAM.

And the market that we are now capturing is bigger much bigger than our initial market.

So there is now a shift in company's direction: which is the "Rabbit from the hat" that I had been longing for!

Meaning the expected acquisition price will be bigger, I guess!

Not magical enough to kick-up the share price! In fact, quite the opposite!

What the Seminar lacks is PERSPECTIVE!

I am a simple farmer and I am only interested the DOLLAR VALUE AND TIME VALUE.

What is the speculated selling price?
Will it be bigger than $1B? By multiple of 5 or 10?
I dont want to hear "We dont know". Surely, they have an estimated figure!

Is there any plan on engaging an expert to value the company, subject to the success of the PL5/6? Or is it too early?

How far are we to the end game? Not even an estimate of time? Or is it too hard to say?

Please consider the psychology and concerns of the listeners in presenting any future briefings, all in my humble opinions. Otherwise the share price keeps moving South on a Stock that is REVOLUTIONARY!

It’s my understanding that 2024 will be the last full year for 4DS if everything goes to plan.

One thing that confuses me a little was with 20nm success comes the introduction to 5 big names by Imec as stated by DM in the Perth video but we have also just engaged a Silicon Valley company to promote us also as stated by DM at the Sydney brief. I’d be very interested to know what the PR Co precise role is and when.
