You just have to look at the offer amount (70c) and the company which offered it (worth almost now the same MC as APX). This is not a deep pocketed suitor. Actually their SP is down 35% in the last month whilst the Nasdaq has been flying (very unhealthy SP). Do Appen shareholders want another sinking stone scrip to be holding?
