Well spotted GarfMate. There is a clear conflict of interest to have a board member with personal links to a direct competitor. It makes my stomach churn to think about what kind of information could be exchanged between brothers.
Call me old fashioned, but I wouldn't want see a major competitor having that level of access to Mayfield.
As others have already noted, if Riversdale directors are having to recuse themselves from meetings then there is clearly a conflict of interest.
