dusty it says to me by may 1 BLM will have approved mine plan and ticked it off. BLM approval is a given now after NTEC involvement and this ann says it all in black and white. yes we will get a seperate ann when it is signed sealed and delivered but NTEC and the Native American people want Big Sandy developed and these share milestone payments spell it out in black and white that Big Sandy is planned to be production by 2028. People will wait for final news that is fine but when that ann drops SP will really rally hard. Last nights news just gives investors a heads up what is happening behind the scenes with NTEC and Big Sandy and a chance to buy under 3 cents.
