I USED to think it was a great opportunity. It was on my risky/ spec list. All up it owes us around 500 grand. At this stage I would like to just get my money back. If it collapses, I have capital gains I can offset it against from my property holdings.
I never invest more than I am prepared to lose, or at least can offset from other gains elsewhere. I couldn't care less if you think I hold or not.
