It’s a mostly-complete Australian project with mostly Australian lenders on the ticket. Pretty hard to compare to Argentina, to be honest. You’re not going to see CBA, NAB or the EFA throwing money at HMW.
A$550M debt at BBSY + max 4% margin which is pretty good (overall rate around 8.5% at present) but the tenor is short: bullet repayment (including capitalised interest) is due 31 October *next year* so they’ll have to refinance it pretty quickly.
