How can you definitively say this? All we know is that a meeting with WD is scheduled in the coming weeks.
I would say (my speculation) it's getting close to the time WD gets told to "Pi$$ or get off the pot" - especially if the current metrics of the tech as assessed under PL4 analysis meet with the needs of WD for their proposed products.
