The Riversdale appointed management approved the value destroying Genius transaction, oversaw a CEO misappropriating funds and illegal billing practices, and failed to properly maintain the legacy Mayfield centres. They left the business in a complete mess.
If the current management is so aligned to Genius, why did they refuse to grant them exclusivity for their takeover offer?
