It was certainly blatant in NSW parliament yesterday with members even going so far as to call the bill the 'Stop Pep11 Bill'

Again I think Denis Denuto wouldn't be too hard pressed arguing bias in court over this one.

But your point about the intentionality of the theatrics yesterday is food for thought.
