Finally LRS offers shares to shareholders but only because they’re rubbish and no one will take them. Every good deal on LRS shares have gone exclusively to “sophisticated” investors. Well I’m a hard NO on this offer (Definitely not advice. Just my humble opinion as an unsophisticated investor).
