I think a deal with a block maker makes much more sense than one with a builder. For a builder the walls represent only a part of a project, but for a block maker walls represent most of the business - so for a block maker a deal with FBR provides vertical integration for them, and thus it is very attractive.
The builders need to buy blocks anyway, so at that point one order delivers both the blocks and walls.
