Offer them the same discount to the current SP as Sophs got and it will get oversubscribed. Offer Sophs a raise with no or hardly any discount and it won't get filled either.
In any case it's a plus in the sense of less dilution, and possibly a kick in the direction of actually securing the non dilutive funding options Scott talked up right before Credit Raising.
Zimbabwe will want that gas out of the ground as fast as possible, and someone is going to have to stump up enough cash to get us there.
