You could reasonably replace "after" with "because of".

It's not reasonable to expect retail investors to pick up the tab from handing out free money to soph's, then blame retail for it, and complain that the share price is being held down, because you incentivised everyone to do that.

Sure they have to raise money, and sure we all got a bit unlucky with market sentiment at the time of discovery, but that doesn't make retail resposible for picking up the tab so everyone else can get richer regardless.

Take responsibility, learn the lesson, do better next time.
