As usual Joe, you are confusing two separate issues.

There was no legal obligation to reveal to anyone (outside of a court case) the identities of the shareholders. The AFR reporting that he was privy (because he was a shareholder, along with his brother), doesn't change the obligation. Its a simple and a little nuanced but I expect you'd be more careful and less obvious making such a mistake.
