This could mean the re negotiation of the 900 ceiling price contract.
If it was ever going to be renegotiated now is the time, a lot has changed since the original contract was signed and both parties are dealing with the real world now...a merger would solve that particular issue immediately and probably create a few more...
If a merger does eventuate it would almost certainly come with a consolidation of shares on issue, basically a new Company with combined assets and cash and a total re evaluation of projects with NAL having priority as the only producer and the fastest and cheapest way to downstream revenue...dreams of greater things mean nothing without positive cashflow.
