This is why I'm an ex share holder. Clueless management or perhaps deliberately misleading in the final analysis. I've looked at past company statements and... unless I've missed it.... there was no reference to the long time course expected for production licensing. And if it wasn't expected then where was the due diligence? Small shareholders don't have much of a chance for their own DD when management are as useless as this.
Perhaps I should't be too surprised when everything else has taken forever to get half done -

They go onto the list now with all the other over-promisers and underachievers CDU, BCC, VIL, RCP, CTO........
