It's not just UK shareholders, James Clarke is the one I think BD is referring to. Greg Columbus had a very large holding of WGO that he moved to STX, he will be up for a big whack of tax I would expect. Have to say, I don't feel too sorry for him though after his sub-standard effort with TPD.
