The email doing the rounds indicates that the dispute that LLL and FFX are connected via Mali belief that they are connected.
The content has not been verified.
I would be of no surprise that Mali want the FFX $A30mill.
The deal could be taking a while to complete if FFX refuse to pay the $A30 MILL. FFX at law are not liable to pay and as a separate entity can stick their index finger up at LLL and distribute the cash to holders leaving LLL further in the poo with Mali.
Anyway obviously a fair bit still to play out.
