It wouldn't surprise me if the plan was to intitiate a capital raise after the Telstra announcement, which would also explain why it was such an eggregious ramp. But of course after all that embarassment with the ASX putting them in the naughty corner they would have been shy to pull the trigger. The backup plan may have been this presentation but the stock is unmoved at 16c so I'm not sure what options they have.
