The fascist child abducting war criminal Putin wants all of Ukraine, he wants regime change in Ukraine, he's stated he will keep going until his objectives are acheived, yet you only imply it is Ukraine who needs to "negotiate"? What that really shows is you are only interested in Ukraine surrendering and have no interest in diplomacy.

Putin can end his failed war anytime he likes and he does not need to negotiate with anyone to do it.
