intrinsic value and extrinsic (time value) are in b&s . as the option is out of the money it only has time value at this stage. the fact that your b & s valuation plus the trading price equals the excercise price is irrelevant it’s a conincidence- the cr price less the trading price is relevant - this is the implicit price of the option
