ARU in the right jurisdiction. Youth crime in NT is big news and bad for the Government. $4B in housing now underpinned by jobs via ARU is a good story.
We need offtakes from Dubbo to attract a sizeable loan. Dubbo and regional surrounds has a sizeable indigenous population and I am sure that ASM will also employ greater than 20% indigenous.
It does seem like we were out of the gate first but have yet to turn into the straight and are falling further behind the field.
