Not sure why people are cheering from all sides this morning off the back of this announcement ..... I think it is pathetic because it means -

1. On the back of the FDA AA announcement the company couldn't even sell these shares at a premium; and

2. On the back of the recent share price rise the company couldn't even sell these shares at a premium; and

3. There is no partnership deal even remotely close or they would have taken up this overhang of shares at a premium.


not much to cheer about IMO accept we have a few more dollars in the bank ..... perhaps as @Pledge has been saying, they sold the shares to their mates ..... probably easy to do on the back of the FDA announcement and the share price rise recently
