The cr was oversubscribed within the first 2 days. It's dead obvious they didn't need to suspend beyond the normal 3 day trading halt. Something else is obviously going on. No one knows what the outcome of that will be but they already had what they initially went into trading halt for and we have non holders claiming some sort of victory and making assumptions that the company is desperate and capex has increased and other ridiculous claims.
If capex had increased, they would have announced that and not announced that capex had decreased. Keep it real.
