    Nazi? LOL.
The Russian government has consistently quashed even grass-roots nationalist movements. Some of which were financed by foreign NGO's.
There are 190 ethnicities in Russia. It's not in Russian government's interest to promote "pure Slavic race" concepts, as that would destabilize Russia internally.

Some far-right groups were used by the Kremlin to fight against the opposition. But once the Russian government figured that those groups were more of a liability, most of them got dismantled, with their leaders jailed.

Sure, there are neo-nazi groups in Russia. Just like in any other country of the world, including Autralia. Do they or did they ever have any weight as far as decision making on internal policies goes? No.

Unlike in Ukraine. The 2014 US-backed coup was spearheaded by Ukrainian far-right organisations, some of which were funded by foreign NGO's.
Ukrainian far-right organisations protested violently against the Steinmeier peace formula, which both Zelensky and Putin were happy with.
Ukrainian government embraced nazi-ollaborators (implicated in the Holocaust) as national heroes.
