Er they safely navigated (blindly) their way through 3152m of some of the toughest igneous rock you will encounter with failure.

Which places them within a few hundred metres of said kitchen when the time comes to return.

That & the fact they did what the agreed drill plan said they would do when the Cuban regulator signed off on the plan..

Sort of like a contractual obligation really..

You would have to start sectioning elements within the current lease holding in order to do so & I'm not sure I see that happening anytime soon IMO..
