Most of my friends who I've introduced RAC to are unaware they've received options and I'm now helping them to convert theirs
I think it may be a good idea for the company to release an email or some kind of correspondence to remind/inform shareholders of their options
As well as provide a guide on how to convert and transfer their shares if they wish to their broker from Automic because the process has proven to be quite challenging
