I would truly be surprised if Brickworks isn't in backroom negotiation with FBR to set up Fastbrick Australia JV on similar terms but without the FAT/SAT requirements ... securing the rights to the Australian market. It would be poor form for a major shareholder to allow an overseas competitor to jump in ahead of the largest brick manufacturer in Australia.
