    Don't disagree. But if Minbos received firm advice on this, they would need to have disclosed it (even while trading is suspended)

    I'm scratching my head about the relationship between the capital raise and the ongoing suspension (particularly since the raise itself was seemingly over-subscribed). If the company is now searching around for additional funds because the IDC loan fell over, was that just a coincide in timing?
