I am 110% sure that Mercedes-Benz will sign something with us before the next AGM.
It may not be the full licensing agreement but it will be to keep developing Akida 2 models for M-B, and since M-B have acknowleged their partnership with us, and since the agreement will mention the value of the agreement, it can be announced to the ASX.

I think many shareholders agree on this approach. If not M-B then it will need to be another company. The Only-Sell-IP model can only work for start-ups if there are publicly announced development agreements, otherwise there is no metric by which to judge the performance of the board.

This would mean a strike 2, as much as that would hurt in the short term, it would mean that shareholders were applying prudent oversee of the board which is our duty, and would ensure a better long term outcome. for the company.

I myself would be very sorry to see this happen, but we're all in this together and I'd proudly do it for the likes of @uiux, @BaconLover, @Tech and all the other resonable investors who have been burnt by the inept selling of a massively daring sales strategy that failed, and a board that needed a more feasible value proposition to potential users of Akida.

Please do not respond to this post. Instead please contact BRN and tell them how you feel about the failure to find a partner that couldn't care less if an agreement was made public, which leaves zero oversight of the board.
